Privacy Policy

This explains what My Data Trove (by Techmedok) keeps about you, why, and who else sees it.

What we keep

• Your account: your email, your password (only as a secure hash, never the password itself), your name, country and time zone.
• What you keep here: your notes, and the saves and images you send to our Telegram bot.
• Security records: when and from which device, IP address and country you sign in, so you can see your devices and we can stop abuse.
• AI usage: how many requests and tokens AI used for you, never what was sent or the reply.
• If you connect Telegram: your Telegram ID, username and name.

Who else sees it

• Groq reads the images you save, if AI is on, to write their title, summary and text. With AI off, nothing is sent to it.
• Cloudflare stores your images (R2) and carries traffic to the site.
• Brevo sends our emails (verification and password reset).
• Telegram carries what you send to the bot.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your choices

• Turn AI off in Settings at any time.
• Delete notes and saves: they go to the bin, and are deleted for good after 30 days, or straight away if you empty it.
• Sign out other devices in Settings.
