Terms

These terms are the agreement between you and My Data Trove (by Techmedok) when you use datatrove.my and its Telegram bot.

Your account

• You need a verified email to use My Data Trove. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. You can delete notes and saves at any time.

Your content

• What you keep here (notes, saves, images) stays yours. We only use it to run the service for you: storing it, searching it, and reading images with AI if you turn that on.
• Don't use My Data Trove to store anything illegal, or to harm, spam or attack anyone, including us.

AI

• AI features are free for now. Later they may use credits, or your own API key. We'll tell you before anything costs money.
• AI can be wrong. Check what it writes before relying on it.

The service

• My Data Trove is new and changing. We work to keep your data safe and available, but we can't promise it'll never be down or lose something, so keep copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service whenever you like.
• If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
